A metro man says someone with red and blue flashing lights in a pickup tried to pull him over back in March and now that incident has led to charges of impersonating a police officer.

Moore police say 43-year-old Stuart Schall tried to pull that driver over near 4th Street and Tower Drive. The driver became suspicious of Schall and called police instead of stopping. Schall told officers the driver had broken a traffic law and he was trying to stop him.

A warrant has just been issued for Schall's arrest today but Moore police say he's not yet in custody. Oklahoma City police say he was a recruit with their department for just over a year before he resigned in October of 2002.
