Lions Baseball Rallies Around Coach Hodge

Jun 07, 2011

About a dozen of Moore High School's baseball players showed up at the administration building around 12:50 p.m. today to show their support for Dean Hodge.

Interim head coach Dean Hodge recently found out that he did not get the official head coach position. Hodge had a meeting with superintendent Susan Pierce at 1 p.m. and he was surrounded by many players and parents.

"We are here to show our support for Coach Hodge," Moore baseball player Joe Haddox said. "We want to show Mrs. Pierce and all of the administrators that we love Coach Hodge and don't want him to go."
